I have worked in automotive since the age of 19, started as a technician and worked my way up to team development. This is where I was the most happiest teaching and educating. The most lessons learned are in real life scenarios. I enjoy motivating others and helping in any way I can! Being in these roles has taught me to take care of my clients and employees with respect and compassion.
